It's here! Our first Trim the Tree Thursday! The following ladies are all joining us so be sure and visit their blogs for some beautiful holiday decor!
If your interested in joining us simply comment and let me know! All you will need to do is post pics of your favorite holiday decor from any holiday, post the Trim the Tree Thursday pic, and post a link to my blog so your guests can see all the beautiful holiday decor!
This is my yellow room. We use this room as a guest room and I watch tv in here when we don't have guests.
This tree was started last year. All of the ornaments were "retired" from our living room tree-hard to believe there were that many "left-overs"!
The snowflake tree topper is a combination of 2 large snowflake "ornaments" from Dollar Tree. I hot glued them together and attached pipe cleaners to attach them to the tree.
If you have any questions feel free to ask! Enjoy the pics & see you next Thursday!
Oh my this is so pretty! I did my post, however it is a Trim a Tree Mess!LOL Next Thursday...trimmings will look better! Thank you for hosting such a wonderful event! Nancy
This tree is magical looking...and you did a great job winding that ribbon through...it is hard to do! Last year I picked up a few "icy" decor items I use on my silver & blue LR tree... ;-) Bo
WOWEE! It's gorgeous! Love the huge snowflake and the wintry look. I'm going to check them all out and once again you are so sweet for hosting. ~Melissa
Wow...that tree is Gorgeous! Now I want an all white tree somewhere in my house!!! Thanks so much for starting this fun event! Can't wait to visit all the others later today. Susan
Sorry I didn't comment earlier. I was leaving the house early and had set my post to publish while I was gone. Looks like yo have quite afew gals playing along - that is great!!
I love this. Your decorations are gorgeous. I just found out about the Trim the Tree Thursday when I visited Kathy's blog. I'll be back next Thursday. Charlotte
Ohh, I forgot to let you know that i was doing a second Trim a Tree post on my other blog. Here is the link: http://carolanativitygallery.blogspot.com/2008/11/trim-tree-thursday-hallmark-mini.html Carrie
Beautiful! I wish I had that much done! I feel guilty decorating before Thanksgiving, but it's just going to have to be that way this year! I have a friend that loves snowmen (I'm a Santa person), so I can't wait to show her your decor. Did you make the words, or buy them?
What a great idea. That tree is absolutely gorgeous!! I love the snowflake at the top. Did you find those recently? I may have to find the nearest dollar tree!!
Love the tree....very elegant in all white! I never get much time for decorating until we are finished shipping our crop of poinsettias out of the greenhouse.....only 150,000 pots to go :)
I love your snowflake/wintery tree and Christmas decorating as a whole. Could you please include me for tomorrows (11-20-08) "Trim The Tree" Thursday? Have a wonderful day, Tam
Hostess with the Mostess...at least thats the goal!
I am a twenty something (would love to say I could still round down to twenty, oh well, sad day) living in East Tennessee in "Mayberry" and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else! Things are slower, quieter, and kinder here.
I love to "put on the dog" whenever my husband can handle it. I am married to my favorite person who unfortunately doesn't share the same love of entertaining that I do. How unfortunate is that!
I am a planner. I love to plan. I will plan everything-even your life if you will let me!
This blog is mainly for me to sort out my thoughts and have all my plans in one place. I think it seems so organized to have a blog. Therefore, I must have one!

Your glimmering tree is beautiful...you've done a fine job of putting such nice details on the tree, such as the wordl Joy, etc.
