No, I didn't get baking Santa at Kohls. I found him at Home Goods. Good luck finding one...I know he is cute!

Hi just found your blog and I'm in heaven. I am an aspiring hostess myself. I live in a small apartment at the moment but we are planning on moving into our first home early 2010. Yes I know a year away but I love reading your blog and getting ideas for future parties and things. I'm adding your blog to my google reader.
Thanks,
Mrs. A

Thanks so much for hosting trim the tree! So many beautiful things for inspiration. This is my first visit to your blog and I must say, "Are we related?!" I didn't think anyone else planned as much for holiday/party events. I have hosted most family dinners at our house for the past 10 years and I have a binder that is my life-line. I have to do lists, daily schedules, guest lists, recipes and grocery lists going back all ten years. It is a life saver! When my someone asks if they can help, I just say look at the to do list and check something off! Keep up the good work. Merry Christmas.

Are we doing a Trim the Tree Thursday tomorrow? I thought we were, then I talked myself out of it. Have you ever done that? I hate it when I talk myself out of something I was right about in the first place.
